Our Story
BuilderCloud was founded with a simple observation: some of India's largest real estate builders were managing their entire property inventory through WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets. Bookings were confirmed over voice calls. Brokers had no reliable way to check real-time availability. Double-bookings happened regularly, creating costly disputes and damaged relationships.
We set out to build the software layer that this industry was missing — not another CRM with a property module bolted on, but a purpose-built platform for the specific workflows of property developers, sales managers, and their channel partner networks.
Today, BuilderCloud serves builders across India as the operating system for their sales teams.
